Thomson Reuters Accelus Audit Manager’s AutoAudit solution enables mid-sized internal
audit organizations to transform their manual audit management processes into a connected
framework, freeing audit teams to focus on understanding the business, analysis of assessments,
and consideration of potential emerging risks.
AutoAudit – developed through a close relationship with the audit community – supports audit
teams in their day-to-day activities, including:
• I nformation sharing: Accelus Risk Manager’s AutoAudit stores all audit documents in a single,
secure database. AutoAudit uses roles to identify a user’s access level and enforces IDs and
security passwords across all audits.
• Scheduling: Managers can quickly manage their audit teams and allocate resources. A dragand-drop calendar interface takes the pain out of reorganizing the audit schedule.
• R
isk Assessment: With integrated risk assessments, auditors can follow an audit universe
composed of user-defined auditable entities or implement a methodology using Business
Process Risk Assessment (BPRA), or both to identify risk criteria.
• W
orkpapers: Users can easily create and share electronic workpapers. AutoAudit’s centralized
approach also makes the review process easy for everyone, including auditors in remote locations.
• R
eporting: Users can design, generate, and distribute a broad array of reports. Standard content
reports are available or users can create their own customized reports.
• I ssue Tracking: Issue Track allows audit teams to review and coordinate issues and action plans.
Business line users are notified by email of required actions, and they can enter responses as well
as add documentation.

Work
Thomson Reuters Accelus Audit Manager’s eGRC and AutoAudit solutions provide a range of choice
to meet the needs of most internal audit teams. Our experienced sales consultants will work with you to
identify the solution and implementation programme best suited to your organization’s needs.
You can choose the delivery of your software to fit your firm’s unique internal IT, infrastructure, and
budget requirements. Options include fully hosted delivery, on-demand, and on-premise licensing.
• On-premise perpetual license. Deploy the software within your environment and rely upon your resources
to manage infrastructure and software upgrades.
• On-demand. Leverage a Thomson Reuters data center and access your secure instance of the software
via a Web browser. Thomson Reuters will manage all GRC infrastructure and software upgrades and
you leverage the latest approved software releases and features.
• Hosted perpetual license. You still leverage a Thomson Reuters data center and access your software
via a Web browser, however software updates are driven by the client.
