The YES Professional Development Program is a two-day workshop that provides
an environment to build valuable leadership skills and industry relationships for those
individuals poised to be tomorrow’s owners and managers. The program includes sessions
regarding today’s top management challenges and the skills needed to address them, as
well as an exchange of ideas amongst peers regarding today’s business trends and the
solutions to succeed.
The goal of the program is to help promote opportunities in the industry, support career
advancement and provide a forum for communication among young professionals and
