Project Manager/ Administrator (temporary)- 2 days per week


£22,000 pro rata
Based at Luke’s office in central Bristol
Principal Responsibilities







Acting as main point of contact for “Play Me I’m Yours” and providing project
information to external organisations. Overseeing and guiding the
development of each event as produced by these external organisations.
Helping to install “Play Me, I’m Yours” at various international locations.
Managing online pianos website.
Liaising with multiple arts organisations
Keeping overview of Luke’s schedule and organising travel details etc..
Basic administration duties related to the project including some financial
tasks
Other duties as required
Qualifications, skills and experience















A flexible and positive approach to work
Experience of project management
Experience of installing live artworks
Excellent communication skills- ability to build rapport with wide range of
stakeholders in person, in writing and by telephone
Proven awareness of and interest in the arts
Ability to work equally as part of a team and independently
At least 2 years experience in the arts field
Experience of delivering live arts projects
Proficient in using basic administration programmes including Word and
Excel.
Basic skills in using Photoshop and web updating
Ability to manage own workload
Flexibility
Ability to use own initiative as well as to take direction from Luke
Good attention to detail
Strong organisational skills
Key performance indicators




“Play Me I’m Yours” is successfully managed with minimal input by Luke
Jerram
Efficient administration systems in place
Clear communication between Luke Jerram and external organisations
Well produced arts events (delivered by external organisations)
Terms and conditions
This post is temporary for 9 months due to the secondment of the present
postholder. Employment is on a PAYE basis for 2 days per week. There is some
flexibility as to actual days worked and this can be further discussed at interview.
This post may include some additional or out-of hours working during busy periods,
for example in the lead up to presentation of a project. It will also involve some
overseas travel.
