Led the creation of “Panthers on Wall Street” program which introduces top students to many of the best
financial services firms in New York City each Fall helping to strengthen and broaden the brand of Robinson
College of Business. Program is funded by $30,000 in annual alumni donations.
Helped Robinson College of Business achieve Top 100 BusinessWeek and a Top 32 U.S. News Undergraduate
program ranking by significantly improving employer and student feedback regarding the quality of Career
Management services.
Facilitated Robinson’s Inaugural 2008 BusinessWeek Part-Time MBA Ranking in the Top 20 through a 41.8%
post-graduation student salary increase which was the 6th highest in the nation.
Expanded existing Graduate Placement model to create Career Management Center supporting Undergraduates,
Graduates Students and Alumni. Added 8 new positions to the 3 existing roles, 8 interview rooms from 1
originally, IT systems and internal processes to launch new model in less than 1 year.
Successfully holding more than 100 interview schedules annually up from less than 20 annually.
Increased recruiting activity over 100% by significantly improving response time and conducting over 100
individual employer development meetings during the past three years up from less than 30 the previous two.
Expanded Fall Career EXPO programming, facilitated internal coordination, increased employer participation
and added a Business and Dining Etiquette event for Accounting students and employers.
Partnered with EMBA program to deliver career coaching Executive MBA’s via Lee Hecht Harrison.
Developed a comprehensive program of career management support for new Professional MBA program.
Successfully implemented Inaugural Spring Career EXPO which attracted nearly 70 employers in its first year.
Secured more than $90,000 annually in student technology fee grants during the past 3 years an increase of
more than $50,000 per year since 2005. Funds provide students with access to a variety of career resources
including NACElink, Vault, CareerLeader, CareerFocus, GoingGlobal and H1-Base.
Initiated annual salary data collection process for all Robinson students and partnered with Ruffalo Cody to
conduct follow-up phone calls which increased response rate by 100% and resulted in the College being able to
leverage higher quality data for rankings publications, accreditation, and marketing the college.
Led the development of an Employer Marketing Brochure, Student Career Guide, Career In Handouts, and
Student Planner which helped us successfully engage significantly more students and employers.
Facilitated creation of MBA Graduate Career Management annual calendar of events which includes, Field
Trip Fridays, MBA Careers In Panel Discussions, and Executive Career Coaching week.
Created Robinson Career Network group on LinkedIN and added over 1,000 members since 2006 inception.
Led the complete update of the Center webpage and incorporated a Career Corner blog
Developed Alumni resources including an Alumni Quarterly Career eNewsletter which reaches over 10,000
alums, Alumni Programs, and Alumni Career Coaching Packages offered at a discount through local vendors.
Raised profile of the Career through articles in the AJC, GSU Magazine and Robinson’s State of Business.
