TERMS AND CONDITIONS
REGISTRATION GUIDELINE. Please note unpaid reservation within one (1) month will not be considered as a valid registration unless fully paid and confirmed. The reservation
summary therefore cannot be considered as a valid registration confirmation. Please make sure to pay your registration fee within the time frame for early or regular registration.
INSURANCE. The registration fees do not include insurance of participants against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property damage or loss. Participants are advised to take
out adequate personal insurance.
CONFIRMATION. Upon receipt of the correct registration fee (clear of bank charges), each participant will receive a confirmation of registration. Please bring this confirmation to the
Registration Desk at the conference venue as proof of your registration. Confirmation of registration will be sent upon receipt of payment.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY. To cancel and receive a refund of your registration for the RAC-CETCON 2014, you must submit a refund request in writing, email, or fax
the request to the registration team by July 31, 2014. Refunds will NOT be issued after this date. We would like to point out that participation can be cancelled with the following refund
percentage:
 Cancellation before June 1, 2014. 80% of the payment is refunded.
 Cancellation from June 1 to July 31, 2014. 30% of the payment is refunded.
 Cancellation after July 31, 2014. Payment is no longer refundable.
 No show. No show will be charged at full.
A 20% processing fee will be charged for all cancellations.
