Overview
Evening Seminars
Welcome to the 9th year of the Oral Implantology Study Club. The study club is divided
into 3 components: Workshops, Evening Seminars, and Surgery Sessions. Surgery sessions
are not available without a study club membership.
Weekday evenings - 6-9pm unless otherwise noted, detailed brochures will be
emailed closer to the date
Wednesday January 29th - Dr. Mark Kwon - Pterygoid Implants and Zygomatic Arch
Implants
Workshops are open to all study club members. They are one day sessions with lectures in
the morning and sometimes a demonstration surgery in the afternoon. They will be held
on Fridays and Saturdays.
Thursday February 13th – Dr. Matt Illes – Full Arch Restorations
Evening Seminars will be given by a variety of guest speakers. Associates are welcome to
attend these sessions at a cost of $150 (doctor).
Wednesday September 17th - Dr. Tobin Bellamy - Basic Oral Surgery
Surgery Sessions will continue to be on either Mondays or Saturdays. These days are
opportunities for members to bring in their own patients for a variety of procedures
including simple implant placement, bone grafting, sinus lifts, sinus augmentations and
immediate load cases. Dr. Li assists all cases personally, providing a one-on-one learning
experience unlike other study clubs. For members with 3-4 cases, a private session is also
available. If booking a new technique (ie lateral grafting) for the first time, please attend
the appropriate workshop first.
