We will start this survey with a six store pilot. In the pilot, there will be two versions of this survey.
These three locations get version 1: Clarksville, Springfield, Grapevine
These three locations get version 2: Bossier City, Broken Arrow, Altoona
We will select a single version of this survey and rollout to the full organization

Customers will enter open form pass codes that Tracker will provide. The only requirement
is that the pass codes begin with one of 74 "LOC" abbreviations for each store. This is
the store filter variable. We will assign location in the reporting system by those first three
digits of the pass code. The remainder of the pass code can be any alpha numeric series
