ReposiTrak™. A collaboration between Park City Group and Leavitt Partners, ReposiTrak provides food retailers and suppliers with a robust solution that will help them protect their brands and remain in compliance with rapidly evolving regulations in the recently passed
Food Safety Modernization Act. An internet-based technology, ReposiTrak will enable all participants in the fork-to-farm supply chain to
easily manage tracking and traceability requirements as products move between trading partners; stores partner insurance, facility audits and food plans; and can point to the most likely places when a product or ingredient recall occurs all with no installation of hardware or software.
USE™. Over a decade ago, viaLink (a Park City Group company) invented synchronized commerce - based on the concept of the Universal
System Exchange. viaLink started by synchronizing thousands of retail and supplier trading partners’ item, cost, promotion, authorization data and location information, enabling them to execute reconciled electronic commerce without changing any systems or installing
any hardware or software. For over 16 years, grocers and consumer packaged goods manufacturers and distributors have relied on Park
City Group’s USE solution to ensure accurate invoicing in scan-based trading, timely introduction of new products and cost changes, including frequent promotions.
Visibility. Provides shelf performance insight and directive action using analytics based on daily supply chain movement including point of
sale data, deliveries and returns, and inventory counts. PCG will tell you where out-of-stocks are, what items are losing sales, and how
to resolve out-of-stocks and overstocks.
Scan-based Trading. SBT provides retail trading partners with a distinct competitive advantage through scan sales visibility that sets the
supply chain in motion and is a proven procurement strategy that guarantees sales results and minimizes inventory for the supplier and
completely eliminates the inventory burden for the retailer. SBT partners enjoy an increase in sales of 3-10%, and because SBT includes
USE, reductions in item mismatches, cost discrepancies and invoice deductions as well.
Store-level Replenishment or Ordering. This solution provides a forecast and order to the store/SKU level using complete automation
and is hands-off in the ‘Ordering’ version, or can enable planner interaction in the ‘Replenishment’ version. Both solutions can integrate with internal systems as part of a complete picking/packing solution.
Vendor Managed Inventory is a great way for suppliers to manage relationships with retailers to ensure that inventory levels are always
optimal. Our demand forecasting engine will help the supplier improve customer service at the store level. Suppliers will experience
fewer stock-outs, increase inventory turns, reduce lead times and improved trading relationships.
Computer-Aided Ordering. PCG’s solution uses store-level demand data to create accurate forecasts and spot-on replenishment plans for
regular turn merchandise and promotional products – by item and by store. The application consists of 3 major components – a powerful forecasting engine; an inventory planner; and replenishment ordering logic. The CAO forecasting engine determines future demand,
generates base and promotional forecasts and directs seasonality and trends.
Enterprise Demand Planning. Powered by Prescient, PCG’s applications will enable you to take your supply chain management to a new
level. Improvement in forecast accuracy at the Distribution Center level will reduce inventory levels and increase order fill rates. The
application is highly configurable to meet your company’s requirements for improved customer service. These applications turn order
level demand into actionable information. Demand Planning, Inventory/Replenishment Planner, ABC Analyzer and Order Optimization
Line Sequencing gives you the visibility you need to increase asset utilization, minimize downtime and ensure on-time delivery of your

FreshMarketManager is a fully integrated software application that manages in-store deli and bakery departments in supermarkets and
