The Southern Nevada leadership conference on
January 18 was well a ended by Southern Clubs.
Carole Donald, Ruth Ann Irwin, Gudrun Fruehling,
Luella Simpson, Ulli Miyashiro, Yolanda Smith, Toni
Valdez and I a ended for RWLV. Congressman Joe
Heck spoke to us at lunch. One item of parcular
interest was President Obama's issuance of
Execuve Orders, which are unconstuonal.
Congressman Heck said that these Execuve Orders
will be hard to execute because Congress is not
pu ng the funding in the budget for them. This is
good news!

Niger Innis serves as the Naonal
Spokesman for the Congress of Racial
Equality (CORE) and is the former
Chief Strategist for TheTeaParty. net.
He represents CORE across the U. S
and around the world. He also serves
in various capacies, i.e, Co-Chair of
the Affordable Power Alliance, he is on the board of
Senior Cizen Advocates, on various Chambers of
Commerce and is a consultant to a number of
conservave acon groups. Niger co-founded the
New America organizaon with Julie Hereford and
several other Nevadans .

He served as a campaign manager in a conservave
race in New York City in 1993 and helped garner more
than 25% of the vote for his candidate. He was a
delegate to the 19th American-German Young Leaders
Conference and later served on the American
Delegaon to the American Swiss Foundaon Young
Leaders Conference in Zurich.
Mr. Innis' civil rights and polical acvies led to
regular television and radio appearances around the
world. He is currently a commentator for NBC News in
Nevada. He is a rising star in the Republican Party and
has been endorsed by Sean Hannity of Fox News.

Mr. Innis a ended Georgetown University, pursuing a
Bachelor of Science degree in Polical Science. He
was born and raised in Harlem, NY and currently lives
in North Las Vegas.
