Bus drivers will be fixed at $90 a day, the going commercial rate.
Head Mountain Guide, Head Rock Guide and Trip Leader River Guides would receive $50 over base salary. (Trip Leaders only get paid when
acting as TL)
Wilderness First Responder, EMT or other advance medical training would receive $25 over base salary.
Bike Technician will have $25 over base salary due to specialized skills.
First Year River guides do not get paid for any of the training but get a PFD and helmet during training. Cost $150. PFD and helmet is company
property until the end of the season and then is a bonus for completing training.
Returning river guides get and mountain guides get paid for 1 week of training. Mountain guides will get a Wilderness First Aid Cert and LNT
instructor course. There one week of unpaid training will money would go to the cost of a Wilderness First Aid.
