Fenix Outdoor Management Trainee Program offers a chance for top young
graduates to grow both personally and professionally to become one of the
leaders in outdoor business. This challenging program combines practical
work in a variety of fields with theoretical sections during a period of
18 months where the world will be your working place.
Our next programme will start in October 2012 and the application
period is from May 25 th to June 25 th.
In 2012 the Fenix Outdoor Group will continue the
successful recruitment of top young graduates into
the Fenix Outdoor Management Trainee Program. It is
an excellent way for driven people holding a minimum Master’s degree in Business Administration
and Economics to take a leap forward in becoming
one of tomorrow’s leaders in the outdoor world
within brands and retail.
As a graduate you will obtain an insight into the
fields of product development, finance, supply chain,
marketing/sales and retail. You will receive leadership
training and be selected a mentor that will guide you
in your personal and professional growth.
All applicants should have strong academic qualifications and speak fluent English and German. But
