Mission Statement:
Southeastern, a dynamic, Christ-centered university, fosters student success by integrating personal
faith and higher learning. Within our loving Pentecostal community, we challenge students to a lifetime
of good work and of preparing professionally so they can creatively serve their generation in the Spirit
of Christ.
General Description:
With 44 undergraduate and 11 graduate degree programs, Southeastern University in Lakeland,
Florida, offers students the chance to prepare for a lifetime of service in almost any career.
As a Christ-centered, liberal arts university, SEU already stands apart from the majority of colleges and
universities around the country. We are committed to transforming minds through our rigorous, faithintegrated degree programs and our vibrant spiritual life on campus, while also engaging our culture
locally and around the world through service opportunities and mission trips. It’s our passion to unleash our students to fulfill their callings wherever God leads them.
Our graduates have gone on to careers in broadcasting, teaching, film, financial analysis, counseling
and numerous other fields. SEU also continues to send dozens of graduates into ministry every year
as pastors, missionaries, worship leaders, and Christian educators.
Our beautiful, modern campus is located about 30 minutes from Tampa and the gulf beaches, as well
as the Disney area of Orlando. The campus has everything you need along with some extras,
