Wave Mobilization
Wave mobilization is the unique massage
stroke developed by Dr. Thomas
Hendrickson for the Hendrickson Method.
It is based on the movement of ocean
waves and eastern healing principles of
Tai Chi.
Similar to ocean waves ebbing and flowing
at the sea shore, the HM therapist sinks
into soft tissue in round, scooping strokes
to effectively reposition fibers.
The experience is like a moving meditation
for both client and therapist. The client
feels an increase in joint range of motion,
reduction of pain, and relaxed mind and
body.
The Wave Mobilization stroke feels
relaxing in both acute and chronic
conditions.
Hendrickson Method sessions are one hour for

You do not have to be good.
You do not have to walk on your knees
For a hundred miles through the desert,
repenting.
You only have to let the soft animal of your

Love what it loves.
Tell me about despair, yours, and I will tell
you mine.
Meanwhile the world goes on.
Meanwhile the sun and the clear pebbles of
the rain
are moving across the landscapes,
over the prairies and the deep trees,
the mountains and the rivers.
Meanwhile the wild geese, high in the clean
blue air,
are heading home again.
Whoever you are, no matter how lonely,
the world offers itself to your imagination,
calls to you like the wild geese, harsh and
exciting~
over and over announcing your place

Dr. Jacobs is an experienced Chiropractor in the

care and its import for people living in acute
and/or chronic pain.
Dr. Jacob: “Chiropractic care incorporates spinal
manipulation, exercise, and instruction in proper
body mechanics. Multiple studies have now
demonstrated the benefit to spinal manipulation in
the management of back and related spinal pain.
I use diversified spinal manipulation, Cox distraction

Cinnamon
Skincare and Health benefits
Myra Tan Johnson & Amanda Wongsonegoro
Cinnamon brings blood to the surface of the skin causing slight plumping. Prepare a
topical of three drops of cinnamon essential oil mixed with two tablespoons of
Safflower, Jojoba, or Vitamin E oil and apply it to fine lines. You may carefully apply
it to the outside of crow's feet, away from the eye. Naturally diminished lines and
smoother skin make this an effective treatment. www.livestrong.com/article/91597benefits-ground-cinnamon-skin
It is an anti-oxidant, regulates blood sugar, anti-septic, local anesthetic,
anti-inflammatory, carminative, and aids digestion. It has an anti-clotting action in
the blood. Cinnamon is an excellent source of minerals like potassium,
calcium, manganese, iron, zinc and magnesium.
The spice also contains amounts of vitamin A, niacin, pantothenic acid, and
pyridoxine.
