Jarrett Kolthoff is the President/CEO of SpearTip, LLC, and a former Special Agent, U.S. Army Counterintelligence. SpearTip is a corporate and cyber counterespionage advisory firm providing unbiased advice to board level and executive leadership. Headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, SpearTip offers a unique service that combines technical and Human Intelligence along with real world experience. After leaving military service, Mr. Kolthoff worked in the private sector as an information security consultant before forming SpearTip in 2005. His experience in cyber investigations, counterintelligence, and fusion cell analysis assists clients in identifying, assessing, neutralizing and exploiting the threats leveled against their corporation. Mr. Kolthoff’s civil casework has included investigations in anti-­‐trust lawsuits, embezzlement, collusion, theft of intellectual property and corporate espionage. He has testified in civil cases as an expert in computer forensic witness depositions and in the U.S. Federal Court-­‐Eastern District of Missouri and has acted as a liaison between companies and law enforcement agencies. Jarrett Kolthoff’s vision has allowed SpearTip to aid organizations in responding to all types of threats with effective countermeasures by deploying properly trained personnel with real-­‐world experience. SpearTip’s highly trained Incident Response team can assess and neutralize the threats to an organization, whether internal or external.
