Here is some corrections of Incorrect Factual Information to be added or attached to
my transcrlpt of evidence at the public hearing.

Page 1, paragraph 2, line 3
Transcript reads: 'Mrs Jeffery ... I mean paid employment then.'
Additional information to correct meaning of transcript:
Since 30 June 2003 I have continued in the same employment but since that date 1
am not paid. The West Australian newspaper is wrong: it has referred to me two
times as 'the former secretary of Swan VaHey Nyungah Community'. I am not the
former secretary. I amstiU the secretary and office manager.

Additional information to correct meaning of transcript:
I should have said 'He got on to ATSIC~· he was elected by Nyungah people as a
Regiona1 Councillor on the Perth Nyungah Regional Council of ATSIC - with the
idea of trying to get funding'.
