Farewell Dinner for Sue Bastone
Rotarian Sue Bastone enjoyed her last meeting with the Rotary Club of
Changi on 15th December 2010 before her return to Tasmania. After two
years with the club, and holding the honour of being the Club's second
female member, a Perenakan meal was organised for her farewell dinner
which was well attended by members and spouses. After several
speeches in which members and past presidents expressed their regards
for Sue, she was presented with a beautiful gift as a token of appreciation for her hard work as the Voice Of Changi’s Editor.
Sue will be greatly missed by all members, and we wish her all the very
best in Tasmania. A trip to visit her is currently being arranged for
March 2011.
