Maintains security and accountability of casino funds. Validates and redeems cash-out
tickets for patrons following specific procedures. Converts cash and chips for customers
following specific cash and chip handling procedures. Completes MTL log for federal cash
reporting requirements. Ensures a maximum level of customer service and satisfaction
throughout the property is achieved and maintained. Available to work any changes in
hours deemed necessary for business levels. Maintain a working knowledge of the company’s facilities, as well as special events on property, in order to advise customers. Held
accountable, to a high degree, for the accuracy and thoroughness of departmental records
and reports. Provide assistance in the training and orientation of new cashiers. Attends all
company related training. Ensures accuracy in processing checks (personal checks, payroll checks, traveler checks, and commercial checks) using onsite computer applications.
Ensures accuracy in remote capturing of checks for processing for deposit. Ensures accuracy in processing slot tickets in imaging system. Accuracy in counting and verifying of
monies received and disbursed. Must be able to balance assigned assets. Operate computer, jet sort, currency counters, coin wrapper, coin counter, and other specialized equipment. Maintain continued knowledge of current policies and procedures related to emergency response procedures. Ensures accuracy in processing and disbursement of credit
card cash advance and POS debit transactions. Available to work in the Main Cage environment or the Floor environment. Must learn, comprehend and comply with all company
policies and procedures, MICS, Gaming Regulations and Regulation 31 requirements.

REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 21 years of age.
QUALIFICATIONS: Two years of guest service experience and six months of cash handling experience. Requires basic computer knowledge and the ability to navigate within
proprietary software. Must be willing to work ANY shift.
