Requirements
 Find and repair faults in electrical apparatus and
circuits
A person who works in Australia as

ANZSCO Code 341111 Electrician (General)
requires skills and knowledge to select, install,
set up, test, fault find, repair and maintain
electrical systems and equipment in buildings
and premises;
ANZSCO Code 341112 Electrician (Special
Class) may service and repair intricate and
complex electrical and electronic circuitry.
Specific tasks include:
 Apply OH&S practices in the workplace (workshop
environment and domestic, commercial industrial
premised)
