Thin film test systems are ideal for manufacturers who need to obtain
fast and accurate measurements for flat panel display glass, antireflection coating inspection, touchscreen display glass, optical filters and lens coatings.
With handheld, semi-automatic and fully automated options, Gamma
Scientific thin film systems have tremendous flexibility and can be
used for R&D, QA and production line testing.
Different configurations are available to measure spectral reflectance, diffuse reflection and transmission at variable or fixed angles
between 10 and 45 degrees.
