(ANWA) is organizing talk program entitled “The Affordable Care Act and how it affects you."
The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) 2010 HR3590, or Affordable Care Act (ACA) for short, is the new health care
reform law in America and is often called by its nick-name Obamacare. We have heard a lot about this ACT yet many of us do not
know in details. Many of us are still confused, while the law itself is a difficult read. In a situation as this we thought this talk program
will bring some insight to our community. We all are affected in one way or another by The Affordable Care Act!!
Lisa Humes-Certified Healthcare Reform Specialist over 30+ years’ experience in the healthcare industry is generously giving her time
to aware Nepali Community. Ms. Humes will be presenting overview, benefits, rights, and protections and just about everything else
that you need to know. Let’s hear it from someone who actually is in the field and a subject matter expert in this area.
