Our Vending Machine Monitoring System (VMMS) is an effective combination of IT, hardware and communication technology, which mean cost benefits, data security and a quantity of
service.
Due to a purpose-built Connectivity module, universally applicable in all types of vendors, the VMMS saves all available
data collected by the vending machine. Standardized interfaces edit, compress and encode the data. The data is transmitted in regular intervals via GMS, as well in exceptional
situations (error alerts).
Information is subsequently gathered in Materna‘s own certified
data processing center and exclusively used for your personal
WEB front-end or in already existing applications (also ERP).
On demand, you will receive a variety of stats and reports
which contain valuable information on the efficiency of your
vendors and help you optimize the individual planogram.
Furthermore, you may have the opportunity to telecontrol your
vending machines (systems intelligence) with the VMMS from
the comfort of your desk. Thus, you can alter advertising prices, change your range or adjust the display readout.

Table Top Monitoring System
Increase of control and optimal tour planning
By the innovative pay-per-cup concept, our Table Top Monitoring System (TTMS) provides operators with more security and
efficiency. Individual consumption data and current stock levels
are available via computer, tablet or smartphone anywhere and
at any time.
By means of our Table Top Monitoring System we are able to
consider the market-specific challenges of office coffee
systems This includes the fact that our technical solutions do
not require any digital surface and external electricity supply
for the so-called Connectivity module.
Another benefit: Our OCS business model operates on the
„pay-per-cup“ principle. That means that business clients pay
the vending machines operator a negotiated price by brewing
process, not per purchased brew capsule. The billing per cup
prevents abuse and even upgrades locations with a remarkably
lower purchase quantity.
Moreover, the TTMS delivers valuable information on the
moment the machine‘s coffee stocks are actively reaching the
point of replenishment. A positive aspect essential to particularly
seasonally affected locations. Thanks to prompt information
about fill levels, the operator can organise an exact tour plan
and reduce detention times at the customer‘s due to exact refilling.
Digital Signage

Nowadays, a vending machine is capable of doing more than
only serving the desired product. Integrated monitors allow it
to be used for entertainment, service packages, advertising or
even for selling additional goods.
We offer a top-quality entertainment program for integrated
screens combined with mobile elements like music downloads,
raffles, voting and interactive video game classics. Depending
on place, time and weekday, the editorial broadcast schedule is
designed individually according to the given demands. You are
free to choose from approximately 40 different channels, the
contents of which can be compiled individually and for specific
target groups by our own editorial department. If requested,
we can provide commercial trailers or event-driven information
like „happy hour“ offers as well. Under certain systems requirements (intelligence), corresponding discounts can be controlled
via the vending machine‘s VMMS remote function.
