Alpha Kappa Psi Pledge Acknowledgement
I, _________________________________________, acknowledge that I have received my PEP Manual
after being successfully accepted into the Alpha Kappa Psi pledge program.
I understand that if I am removed from the pledge program at my own will or by the direction of the
______________Chapter that I will return all materials given to me associated with the pledge program.
I have been advised on the requirements to become initiated and recognize that full membership in
Alpha Kappa Psi is at the chapter’s discretion.
I further acknowledge that I have been provided with the Alpha Kappa Psi vision, values and guiding
principles in addition to the Alpha Kappa Psi Board of Directors Statement of Policy regarding hazing,
alcohol, sexual harassment and electronic images.
By signing below I agree to abide by these policies as long as I am a pledge or member of Alpha Kappa
Psi. If I should find that these do not align with my personal values and beliefs, I will then remove myself
from Alpha Kappa Psi.
