The ServSafe Manager 6th Edition textbook with a scoresheet is required for the course. I have my students order direct prior to class, so you can have time reading the book. The best price can be obtained thru the Indiana Restaurant and Hospitality Association at (317) 673-4211. Mention “ Danger Zone” for the discounted price, $75, and free shipping.
The textbook is good for the next two to four years and is reusable. If you come back to Danger Zone Consulting for future classes, there will be no charge for the replacement scoresheet found in the textbook. This is a $36 savings that no other instructor offers.
The class fee is $90 , (test only $60) and is payable the day of class by cash, check, money order or by prearranged billing.
