Campus Club members receive a 10% discount throughout the entire center and enjoy special
holiday rates on hotel guest rooms.
The special rate this season is 20% off the best available rate December 10 through January 4,

Meet Chef Chris Wilson
Chris Wilson is the Sous Chef at The Carillon Restaurant and will be
celebrating his two year anniversary with the AT&T Conference Center next
month. Chris’s passion for cooking flourished growing up in a household where
meals and cooking were the social center of his family (although his childhood
dream job was to be Spiderman). He pursued his interest in culinary arts and
attended Le Cordon Bleu in Austin after studying Radio, Television and Film
here at UT Austin.
Chris is preparing for the holiday season, which is always a very festive and busy time at The Carillon
Restaurant and AT&T Conference Center, and will have a lot on his plate, pun intended. He hopes to
make it home for his favorite holiday dish and tradition, Mom’s crockpot chili, on Christmas Eve. Chris
enjoys relaxing with his dog, watching movies, and doing his favorite Austin hobby, eat.
Campus Club members, be sure to stop by The Carillon Restaurant this month to try the amazing
seasonal cuisine creations Chris will be dishing out! Remember The Carillon and AT&T Conference
Center when making holiday reservations for you and your family this season. Chris is making sure that
there are plenty of special events and tasty treats!

Holiday Hours
The Carillon Restaurant will remain open for breakfast throughout the holidays but will be closed for
lunch December 22 through January 5 and closed for dinner December 23 through January 6,
with the exception of the New Year’s Eve dinner event.
OneTwentyFive Café will be closed December 22 through December 29.
Gabriel’s Café will remain open throughout the holidays with regular hours.

Holidays in the Courtyard, a new tradition and festive musical light show open to the Austin community
until January 2. Show times will be every night at 6:30, 7:30 and 8:30 pm.
UT Men’s Basketball Pre-Game & Watch Party
Wear burnt orange and cheer on the Texas Men’s Basketball team in Gabriel’s Café for pre-game drinks
and appetizers or to watch the Longhorns each game this season.
