NOTE: For non-RCC shops and Non-RCC hotels the rates will be 50% of the rates
shown under category 7(a) and 6(b).
 For Foreign Banks & others than Nationalised Banks which is lease out
RV will be fixed by adopting 2 times rate as well as 1.5 % more of the
applicable rate mentioned under column 4.
 In case of properties along main roads and palm-beach road letting rate
will be adopted 50% more of the normal applicable rate.
 In case of Co.op Hsg. Societies, Buildings above 5000 sq.meters with
Luxurious amenities 1.5 times rate will be adopted of the normal
applicable rate
 Poultry sheds @ Rs.15/- per sq. meter per month.
 Approved stalls in nodes constructed in CIDCO market:
 Rs.300/- p.m. for area upto
10 sq.mtrs.
 Rs.500/- p.m. for area above 10 sq.mtrs.
 Those residential tenements converted fully for commercial use are to be
assessed two times of the residential letting rate.
 Plot of land & L.U.C. properties will be charged at residential rates.
 Letting rate for mezzanine floor will be 50% of the normal rate applicable
to the premises in which mezzanine floor exists.
 In the case of addition to the existing buildings, rate adopted should be the
average rate of original rate and present rate.
 While assessing the building the date of assessment would be the date of
actual possession or the date of electric/Water connection, whichever is
earlier instead of the date of occupancy or BCC.
