Description:
This training is designed by Immediate Past Secretary General at PMI Japan Chapter who is currently Director of
Training Services at Management Solutioon Co., Ltd. (MSOL) in cooperation with PMI Taiwan.
In today’s complex business environment, global project success depends on combination of the science and
Leader skill of project / program management.
In this 3-day session, attendees learn how to manage global project with the best approach of the most successful
business leaders in Global situation.
It will help your leadership skills make a quantum leap to the next level of performance, productivity and
effectiveness.
This is a good opportunity not only for learning practical techniques of project management but also for learning
practical communication skills with several caltures through the training.
