- Priority mail delivery of reports to Client’s office (upon request)

The undersigned Client agrees to retain Valley Energy Consultants for the preparation of energy compliance reports and ‘Additional
Services’ as outlined above – based on plans and specifications provided by the Client. Please note that changes and/or alterations to
the project or scope of work initiated by the Client may result in additional charges as outlined above under ‘Additional Services - Rerun calculations…’.
Note: Payment for the Energy Compliance Report shall be due upon the completion and pick-up/deliverance of the Report. If other
payment arrangements need to be made, such arrangements shall be made prior to the commencement of work by Valley Energy
Consultants.
