Brookstone Builders, Inc., construction managers and general contractors headquartered in Manchester, New Hampshire, recently announced that they have been selected to perform a renovation project by Direct TV in New
Hampton, NH.
The scope-of-work will include the conversion and fit-up of 12,000 square-feet of warehouse space into office space within an existing 100,000 square-foot up-link facility. In addition to some interior demolition the project will also include new walls and ceilings, a new HVAC system and upgrades to the current sprinkler system.
Day-to-day operations will continue without interruption during the project, which will enable
Direct TV to maintain productivity during the renovations.
