UAMS
Structured Cabling, Access Control
Advanced Cabling is performing work on the UAMS campus
by updating Access Control hardware and existing Security
System hardware. This will enable the security team at
UAMS to monitor new additions on the campus.
Hendrix Market Square South
Structured Cabling, CATV, Audio/Video
Advanced Cabling has been contracted with Thompson
Electric to outfit new dorm rooms on the Hendrix campus
next to the new Market Square with Structured Data/Voice/
Coaxial Cabling. Advanced also installed Structured
Cabling and Audio Video systems for the Purple Cow
restaurant located on the first floor of the Hendrix Market
Square. Delta Bank and Trust, adjacent to the Purple cow,
was also outfitted with Structured Cabling and CATV.
Walmart
Fire Alarm & CCTV
Advanced has been established as a security vendor with Walmart. This will allow Advanced
to work directly for the company by providing the latest in life safety solutions. Advanced has
begun work at Fort Smith, AR, Wichita, KS and Tulsa, OK Walmart locations. Wes Netherton,
Advanced Cabling technician, has transferred to a new role to oversee Walmart related work.
Commanche Spur Casino
FCI Fire Alarm
Advanced Cabling’s Tulsa division is currently installing a Gamewell FCI Fire Alarm system
for the Commanche Spur Casino in Elgin, OK.
OKC Police Headquarters
Fire Alarm, Security System, CCTV and Access Control
The Oklahoma City division of Advanced is scheduled to install Gamewell FCI Fire
Alarm, AMAG Access Control and Genetec Security Center, which will integrate Video
Surveillance and Access Control, for the new three-story, 88,625 square-foot police
headquarters. The project is scheduled to be complete in 2015.

Structured Cabling, Access Control & CCTV
The Oklahoma based oil and gas company, Tapstone Energy, has contracted Advanced Cabling to outfit their offices with
Structured Cabling, Access Control and CCTV.
Oaklawn
Structured Cabling, CCTV
Advanced is installing new data cabling along with IP security cameras for Oaklawn’s recent
expansion of their gaming center. Advanced did the initial installation of the camera system
a few years ago.

Structured Cabling & Video Surveillance
Advanced Cabling’s Tulsa Division has been working with ONEOK & ONEGAS, one of the largest natural gas companies in
the US, to provide maintenance and installation for IP Video Surveillance along with Structured Data/Voice cabling. Locations
include ONEOK’s corporate headquarters, located in downtown Tulsa, OK, as well as other locations in Oklahoma, Kansas,
Texas, North Dakota and South Dakota.

With the recent addition of several resources and new product lines, Advanced continues to expand it’s audio visual team.
Along with additional resources, Advanced has been busy with work on A/V projects (listed below). As A/V and other
technologies become more integrated with data networks, Advanced has become a single point of contact for these services &
technologies as well.
SAU Magnolia
Structured Cabling, Access Control, A/V
Advanced has been working at Southern Arkansas University’s Camden, AR campus by
installing Audio/Video Projection Systems & Distributed Audio in the Tech Center. Advanced
also designed and installed Digital Signage for display monitors throughout the campus.
12th Street Station
Structured Cabling, A/V
Advanced outfitted the new 12st Street Police Station in Little Rock, AR with Crestron Audio /
Video equipment for the conference rooms and line up room. The systems allow ease of use
to present media presentations along with a eBeam Smart Projector that can be used during
briefings.
Pleasant Valley Country Club
Advanced installed dual 80” displays with Crestron control in the Men’s Grill at PVCC
in Little Rock, AR. Preset feeds and channels allow for easy switching among sources &
displays
Conway Regional Airport
Advanced completed work on the new Conway Regional Airport. Crestron A/V
control equipment was outfitted in the conference and training rooms.
North Little Rock High School
Advanced has been selected to provide A/V systems for the expansion of NLR High School.

Texas Alarm License
Advanced now holds an Alarm license in Texas. This will allow Advanced to service and install life safety
related systems in the state. Advanced is also licensed in Arkansas & Oklahoma. Advanced has several projects
underway in Texas including ONEOK, The Domain Apartments (Waco), Lackland Airforce Base and a new
Ambulatory Service Center (San Antonio).

Advanced Acquires 1st Response Security
Advanced Cabling Systems has purchased 1st Response Security, a locally owned security and camera system provider.
This acquisition will continue to help our Advanced clients by providing an even deeper
knowledge of security and IP-based camera solutions.
1st Response Security, originally named CCTV Technologies, was founded in 2004 in Little
Rock, Arkansas. Started initially as a surveillance camera installer, 1st Response has grown
into a certified integrator of security, access control, home theatre, whole house audio
and home automation. 1st Response has installed over 9,500 cameras in schools systems
throughout the state of Arkansas.
All employees from 1st Response have joined ACS in the Central Arkansas market. 1st Response, a Honeywell Commercial
Security Systems (CSS) dealer, has more than 600 total clients throughout the state, along with a large base of monitored
security and automation accounts.
Advanced Ranks #37 Nationwide
Security Dealer Magazine (SDM) has ranked Advanced Cabling Systems
as the 37th “Top Systems Integrator” nationwide in the 19th annual
publication. This 2014 report ranks North American companies by
their security systems integration revenue. This is a great honor for us at
Advanced Cabling as there are very few companies in our geographic
area that appear in this list.
This ranking is a true testament to each and every associate within our
organization. It is because of our team’s dedication, hard work, passion and excellent customer service, that we continue to

UAV Drone
Advanced Cabling has begun testing drones to scout security camera locations
which could provide clients with a realistic ‘preview’ of the image. Drones
have become much less expensive and readily accessible for the general
public over the past year. The DJI Phantom drone is tagged “your flying
camera,” and while the images and video are superb quality, Advanced
is testing other applications for these devices one they are cleared for
commercial applications.

When new systems go out of warranty....
What is the plan to maintain them, extend their life and
levelize your monthly maintenance costs?
Advanced Cabling’s service departments can provide facility managers with
peace of mind knowing their systems are being tested and inspected on a routine
basis. By doing this, unforeseen expenses can be drastically reduced as well as after hour phone calls to the party
responsible for supporting these systems. Advanced is able to service any type of low voltage system, even if it
was installed by a different integrator or is a different product line. With service departments at each of the four
physical office locations and on-call technicians available 24/7, Advanced is able to provide rapid on site support
during any emergency situation.

Advanced Cabling’s service department rolled out two new Sonic
vehicles recently. One is used for the team at Arkansas Children’s
Hospital who provide maintenance on fire alarm and camera
systems. The other is used for our warehouse staff and provides a
significant savings in gas as ‘part running’ becomes a greater costs
with company growth.

Honeywell Authorized Dealer
Advanced has joined the Honeywell Authorized Dealer for Commercial Security Systems
(CSS) program. Advanced Cabling is the only Honeywell CSS partner in the state of
Arkansas and there are only 110 nationwide. This will allow Advanced Cabling to be
the ‘Honeywell’ point of contact for the surrounding areas.

At the Advanced Cabling Systems 2013 Christmas party, we celebrated our 15th year in business by challenging
ourselves to do more within our local communities. As the verse above states, much is expected of us, not only as
individuals but as a locally owned company that has been blessed with many years of success.
As a result, we challenged our leadership and team members to come up with various projects in both Arkansas
and Oklahoma to support in 2014. A few of the things that we participated in with either funding or donations or
volunteer time include:
• Dedicated and sponsored a room at the new Our House working homeless shelter
• Participated in Walk to Defeat ALS
• Provided a group of volunteers at assist with Riverfest
• Provided website and technical support for the UAMS Family Home
• Sponsored events around technology at the Museum of Discovery
• Participated in a coat drive to aid a North Little Rock shelter
• Donations to Boys & Girls Club of Little Rock & Hot Springs
• Provided technical resources to update computers at ROCAN
(Reaching our Children and Neighbors)
We will continue building upon our long-standing tradition of giving back
to our communities, especially those that have been clients and friends
throughout the years. We at Advanced know that we have been blessed,
our employees have been blessed, and we strive to continue sharing those
blessings in and around our local communities.
