What you need to do:
• Satisfy the English Proficiency Requirement by completing 90 or more transferable quarter
units (60 semester hour credits) as part of an Associate of Arts degree at one of the Seattle
Community Colleges, or submit an official TOEFL score of 100 on the Internet-based test.
• Submit a formal Johns Hopkins Carey Business School application including an
essay, letters of recommendation, official copies of all transcripts, and application fee.
A minimum 3.0 GPA is required on transferable credits from all previous institutions.
• Secure a course-by-course evaluation for all college credit received at non-U.S. universities. This
must be completed by an approved credential evaluation agency. An official copy of the evaluation must be provided to the Carey Business School as part of the admission application.
• Submit (upon offer of admission) all required documents for F-1 student status and SEVIS
transfer including, but not limited to, bank statements and financial documents.
• Adhere to all official deadlines for application and submission of F-1 student status documents.
