2015 has been a busy year for the Mann Made Group including
celebrating 10 years of business. The years have flown by and despite
a recession and the most challenging changes in taxation in the last
fifty years we have experienced continual organic growth and as 2015
draws to a close we are confident that our high quality tax
knowledge, technical skills and attention to detail will see us
continue to grow and provide additional services during 2016 and
beyond.

Mann Made Group - a decade of Success
2015 has been a milestone year for Mann Made as we celebrated our 10 th Anniversary in July
this year. This was celebrated by inviting clients and other stakeholders to a series of events
in Douglas, London, Lugano and Zurich.
The first event was held in the Villa Marina in Douglas, Isle of Man. The guest of honour
was the IOM government minister for the Department of Economic Development Mr
Laurence Skelly MHK who was kind enough to say some very positive words about the
Mann Made Group.
London held a similar event on the roof top garden of the Ham Yard Hotel in the West End
of London with more further events in Lugano and Zurich. For further information and

Malta
Following the opening of our office in Malta last year, our
application for a full Corporate Services license was accepted mid
2015 and we are now fully licensed by the Malta Financial Services
Authority.
Under the supervision of Mann Made Co-founder Sue Brown the
office is providing general CSP services with particular emphasis on
Yacht registration, VAT and immigrations services.

New offices
We are currently in the process of opening new offices in both Cyprus and Ireland as we
strive to increase our service offerings to our clients. It is expected that we will be open for

We are pleased to announce the launch of our new website mannnmadegroup.com
The website contains more information than ever before, is fully mobile friendly and includes
a secure chat facility for any questions you may have which can be answered in real time.
Over the next few weeks the website will also be available in several other languages
including Italian, Russian and Chinese.
Beneficial owner disclosure in the UK
The UK has delayed plans for the
implementation of a public register
of beneficial owners.
This was
originally due to be implemented on
1 January 2016 however reporting
has been delayed until 30 June 2016
at the earliest. This follows the decision to delay the removal of corporate directors. We are
closely monitoring the position and as soon as the legislation and guidance is finalised we
will be briefing all clients on the implications and our comprehensive range of options to
mitigate the impact of the legislation. We expect to be able to brief clients in the first quarter
of 2016.
