The flexible billing system from Swiss Post Solutions
forms the basis of a comprehensive accounts receivable solution. Bill and reminder processing is fully
automated in our system; these can be distributed to
your customers via multiple channels such as traditional print, fax, SMS and electronic delivery methods
(Invoice Management). All standard payment
methods are then available for settling the account.
The accounts receivable management system checks
all incoming payments and allocates them against the
open items in the Sales Ledger. Late payers will receive automatic reminders and be transferred to the
collection process.
Automatic data synchronisation with your CRM
system is carried out regularly or in real time to
ensure that our system is always up to date with
your latest data. You also have the option of having
your customer data held directly on our platform,
saving you having to make additional investment.
The address and credit checks integrated into the
solution actively minimise the risks of onboarding
