The Sioux City Conservatory of Music’s annual student show at the Orpheum Theatre will take place this year on Friday, November 6 th , and feature special guest SUBLIME with ROME .
Tickets will go on-sale Friday, September 18 th , at 10am at the Tyson Events Center Box Office, online at OrpheumLive.com, or by calling Etix at 800-514-3849. Members of the Sioux City
Conservatory of Music can purchase select seats at the Conservatory during normal business hours.
SUBMLIME with ROME is a musical collaboration between Eric Wilson, formerly of the band
Sublime, singer and guitarist Rome Ramirez, and drummer Josh Freese. The group performs songs by Sublime, which was fronted by Bradley Nowell until his death in 1996, as well as new music. Their album “Sirens” was released in July 2015, with the single “Wherever You Go” hitting number 17 on US Alternative charts.
SUBLIME with ROME will perform after the Sioux City C onservatory of Music’s annual student show. Starting at 6pm, the Conservatory will feature performances from some of the school’s best musicians and their instructors. An auction will take place after the student show in the
Orpheum Theatre lobby, and SUBLIME with ROME will begin at 8pm.
The annual event is a fundraiser for the Conservatory, and helps pay for scholarships for local kids interested in learning to play music.
Tickets start at $27.50. A very limited number of VIP packages are available for $102.50, and include a 4pm meet & greet with the band at the Sioux City Conservatory of Music.
