*PRAYER OF CONFESSION (In Unison)
(inspired by Numbers 21:4-9 and John 3:14-16)
God, we confess that we are an impatient and selfish
people. When you offer us the promise of a new future, we
complain that you don’t get there fast enough. When you
provide for our needs, we complain that it isn’t enough.
And when our bad attitudes and negative outlooks cause us
to stumble, we blame you. Holy God, forgive our sinful
ways. Teach us to be patient. Instruct us to be grateful.
Guide us to be responsible and humble. As we turn
ourselves around and look to the cross, let us experience
your grace and your gift of new life. In the name of Christ
our Savior, we pray.
John 3:14-21

What is Per Capita
Per Capita is the administrative cost of our higher
governing bodies. It is based on the number of active members in
each congregation. Every congregation is expected to pay the Per
Capita for the entire year. Our church will pay:
$31.00 per Member for 2015
$6,789 for the whole congregation for 2015
Many of you use the Per Capita envelope in your boxes. If
you do not have the Per Capita envelope but would like to
contribute your portion, you can send a check to the church office
with Per Capita written in the memo line. The amount is figured as
follows:
1. 2 adult members
2 x $31 = $62.00
2. 2 adult members + one confirmed youth member
3 x $31.00 = $93
3. 1 adult member + 1 confirmed youth
member
2 x $31.00 = $62.00
Thank you everyone!
