2048 The superintendent respectfully requested approval of the certificate of substantial completion for City Window

& Construction Company for exterior work from Luby Street to the softball field and floor finishes in the building addition. Funding Source: 2003 Bond Project

2049 The superintendent respectfully requested approval of a contractual agreement with Cheryl Whitescarver for services as GED examiner at a salary of $18.00/hr. Funding source: Adult Basic Ed.

AGREEMENTS – The superintendent respectfully requested approval of the following agreements:

2051 Grafton City Hospital for the lease of office space for Taylor County Board of Education central office operations. The annual cost will be $18,000.00. This is a renewal of a previous agreement. Funding Source:

Risk and Insurance Management (BRIM). The fee is 4% of the earned premium paid to BRIM.

MILEAGE REIMBURSEMENT ADJUSTMENT
