integrated for more efficient and effective
implementation. The course is highly interactive – we
work through assignments in teams to ensure that each
attendee is aware of how to implement the standards.
This course will provide an understanding of the basics
of root cause analysis, the root cause analysis techniques
typically used, and the benefits and liabilities of each
technique. The course will include examples sufficient
to allow attendees to leave with the ability to perform a
Root Cause Analysis on a simple problem.
