Responsibilities include the end-to-end Management of IT developed solutions for DCI client
applications. Focusing on the tools, templates, processes and procedures as defined by DCI,
management of each project is structured and delivery of applications is achieved on time and within
budget.
Project Management duties include: Budget, Scope, Time, Resource, Risk, Procurement, Quality,
Configuration and Communication Management.
Clients include:
Daimler Chrysler, where Dean managed a team of 18 IT developers and engineers focused on the
development and support of DaimlerChryslers Mopar parts distribution systems for their dealerships.
Handleman Corporation, where Dean worked with another DCI Manager to produce a tool to support
the Project Management Office and IT development team in supplying Project Management
Processes, Procedures and Templates.
Payroll One, where Dean managed a team of DCI and Payroll 1 personnel in the Development,
Testing and Deployment of a WEB based Payroll application.


