The Glaciated Till Plains
The Glaciated Till Plains was once covered by
glaciers. It has Rich fertile land left behind by glaciers. It
has rolling hills and flat plains. The Mark Twain cave is
located in the Glaciated Till Plains. It is located north of
the Missouri river.
The resources found in the Glaciated Till Plains are
hogs, sheep, wheat, soybean, clay, corn, coal, fruit, and
cows. The biggest lake in the region is Mark Twain Lake.
The smallest lake is Pah Lake. This region also has bears,
deer, and coyotes.
The Glaciated Till Plains gets about 35 inch of rain
fall each year. The average temperature for January is
about 24-28degrees. The average July temperature is about
77-78 degrees. In the Glaciated Till Plains, it snows a
lot in the winter and it is not very hot in summer.
