Changed nation or region – explain how person’s ideas, writings, beliefs led to major change. Give
specific examples, note long-term impacts caused; i.e. – did the Church’s power and influence decrease
as a result. Did people begin to question other teachings of the Church, ruler, etc. Did new ways of
thinking about the world and or the relationship between people and their govt emerge, etc. Give
specific country and/or region effected. E.g. – Italy, England’s colonies, France, etc.
