1. INTRODUCTION & OVERVIEW
Tweet Eye is an extremely effective software application tool that offers businesses of
all types the ability to advertise and market their businesses, products and services
quickly and efficiently on the social media platform of Twitter 1,2. The popularity of
sharing photos and using hashtags are brought together in a powerful way that gains
prominence on Twitter with the result of highlighting the business, products and
services to a much wider audience thereby enhancing a company’s awareness, growth
and ultimately sales.
The most successful businesses are usually those that have the simplest ideas and
concepts and the founders of Tweet Eye believe that they have envisioned and
developed a product that offers investors an opportunity to be part of an idea and
plan with good financial potential.
“Tweet Eye is a free app, and its intuitive interface makes marketing your eBay items on Twitter more
convenient than ever.” Written by Ben Markton (CNET Editor) on March 30, 2014

3. How Tweet Eye Fulfils the User’s Needs
The success of our company will be defined by using what are often considered
complex technologies and by simplifying them to meet the user’s needs in a simple
way. To this end Tweet Eye was developed to provide a clear and simple solution to
promoting and marketing an individual’s or company’s products through social
network platforms. In particular, Tweet Eye users can fulfil their objectives and
desires to promote themselves simply and effectively on Twitter, gaining maximum
exposure through recurring text and picture Tweets.
Tweet Eye was initially developed successfully for eBay users to significantly increase
their visitor traffic. Basically, this is achieved by extracting images of their eBay
product items and descriptions and displaying them efficiently on Twitter through
recurring Tweets. This concept was further developed to create a solution to fulfil the
need for every business to find more efficient ways of marketing their products and
services. This has been achieved by extracting picture and photo content from a
business or individual’s website, promotional pages on eBay, Amazon, blogs or other
promotional arena and creating “eye catching” & “attention grabbing” Tweets on
Twitter which lead the Twitter user to the originator’s web page.
4
4. How Tweet Eye Works
a)
b)
Extracting content from Websites / RSS feeds and converting to Tweets

Tweet Eye works by extracting images, descriptions and address urls from
Websites / RSS feeds, posting the content as a Tweet. The software includes
the capability to automatically schedule recurring posts of the user’s items
negating the need for the user to be present.

Where RSS feeds are utilised (as used in commercial ecommerce database
driven websites) it allows the ability to query data that can be extracted
from online databases without the user needing to have any specialist
knowledge of how to source and find RSS feeds or the need to know how to
make them.

Tweet Eye when used with eBay allows users to query their own or
another’s eBay RSS feed. This simple mechanism essentially turns Tweet
Eye into an eBay search engine that is capable of finding selling items of any
eBay user. Keywords can be entered to narrow the search.

The more investment available for Tweet Eye the greater the opportunity
to make Tweet Eye compatible with more types of web page technology.
Hashtag prompts

c)
eBay users can experience significant visitor traffic increase by using
Tweet Eye to promote their product items because prompts to prefix
keywords with hashtags maximising their exposure on Twitter.
Instant and Scheduled Tweets

From a single one-off Tweet to multiple scheduled Tweets or to simply use
text or include a photo, the user is in control of the whole process.
In addition to the features described above, the founders do have several other key
ideas that can be incorporated into Tweet Eye that will considerably enhance it,
making it a much more powerful user friendly tool, especially for businesses in their
promotional efforts.
Users will have the ability to access our software in two ways;
1. As a FREE download - This will enable users to manage, control and share their
media campaigns through Twitter. As a free to use service we expect significant
downloads. Revenues will be generated by leveraging the power of banner
advertisements which we will display on the main page of the software.
2. By subscription – Users will benefit from an online enhanced service. This will
include additional features and value added services that will more than
compensate the user for their subscription.
5
5. How Tweet Eye Generates Revenue
a)
b)
c)
Subscriptions

Revenues will be generated from businesses subscribing to our online
service. 3

We aim to charge a subscription fee of £3.00($4.95) per month for our
service.

Our target is to add 5,000 new subscribers annually to raise revenues that
increment by £180,000 ($297,000) each year.
eBay Partner Network

Revenues will be generated through eBay Partner Network

Raising estimated revenues that will increment by £25,000 each year. 4,5,6
Banner Advertising

d)
Partnerships With QR Code Providers

e)
Revenues will be generated from partnerships with QR code providers as
businesses merge QR codes into their photo tweets. This will raise estimated
revenues that will increment by £5,000 each year.
Partnerships With Hashtag Payment Method Providers

f)
Revenues will be generated from people visiting links on our banner
advertisements raising estimated revenues that will increment by £10,000
each year. 7 (explain how it works and how much per visit)
Revenues will be generated from partnerships with companies who make it
possible for businesses on Twitter to receive payment through special
hashtags which will be frequently tweeted out through Tweet Eye. This will
raise estimated revenues that will increment by £5,000 each year.
Other Revenues

Revenues will be generated by providing a managed service for businesses
wanting the Tweet Eye service administered for them. This will include
services such as setting up Twitter accounts and creating marketing tweets.
This service could raise estimated revenues that will increment by £10,000
each year.
Our closest competitor Buffer App makes annual subscription revenues between $3,900,000 and
$3,996,000 and gets over 60,000 new subscribers in a month

6. Value Proposition
Although we are a company with a limited trading history, we have passed some very
important milestones.
Since the initial exploration of our concept in November 2012 we have designed four
working prototype software models.
1. Software for eBay sellers to use on Twitter
2. Software allowing any website owner to link their website images to
Twitter
3. Software for eBay and Amazon affiliates to use on Twitter.
4. Software for eBay sellers to use on Facebook.
Between January 2013 and December 2013 with ongoing prototype software testing
and moderate effort, the founders randomly marketed product items listed by eBay
users and generated over £20,000 of sales producing £1,000 of affiliate commission.
We anticipate that investment to a create a robust and simple to use web based
software will not only assist users to achieve more sales, but more importantly the
revenue generated through Tweet Eye will be significantly multiplied. We substantiate
our expectations by looking at the increased new subscribers our competitors are
generating.
A significant milestone was reached in November 2013 when the Tweet Eye software
for eBay sellers promoting through Twitter passed an eBay compatibility check.
We have explored, experimented and tested prototype software with other affiliate
platforms such as Amazon, Freelancer, TripAdvisor and in particular FIVERR for which
we quickly attained Level 2 Seller Status allowing us to promote their GIGGS on our
website and on Twitter. These promotions yielded varying results that can in time be
further researched and assessed for future growth.
On producing our basic website www.tweet-eye.com in November 2013, we had an
‘Alexa’ (Alexa is website traffic ranking assessment tool) global rank above 10 Million.
Our marketing efforts have now significantly improved our status to a position within
the top 2 million. Our ranking within the USA market is in the top 1 million.
Consider the following; In March 2014 our software application caught the attention of
a US company that was willing to offer $250,000 US for 40% equity of Tweet Eye.
Unfortunately we were unable to meet the criteria due to external forces beyond our
control. This opportunity however indicates that our current model has far reaching
potential.
Successfully developing our web based applications will also give us the ability to
create employment opportunities as we expand the social media service managed
from the UK. To put future employment opportunities into perspective we can look at
a like-minded competitor called Hootsuite who have established a business with over
8 million online subscribers. The company employs over 250 personnel.
7
7. How will Tweet Eye use Your Investment?
The investment required is £55,000 for a 20% equity share within Tweet Eye.
Your funding support will help us to create a sustainable business that will enable us
to develop and grow equally with our competitors. We also plan to assist other general
businesses to be self-sustaining through effective and affordable advertising on social
media. To achieve our goals we need immediate funding to develop a web-based
application.
£55,000 will be required for

Web Based Development Software (£12K)
Put all of our existing software concepts into robust web-based and
download solutions that will be compatible with a variety of operating
platforms. We believe that doing this will create synergy, allowing users to
interact freely and easily with the available resources, with the result of
increasing revenue.

Drawings (£20K)
A full time commitment will be necessary to oversee and supervise the
project development. Ongoing research, testing, blogging, social media
interaction and other necessary day to day tasks will require time
commitment to enable the project to be successfully implemented and
rolled out. To this end modest drawings will be allocated to the founders
as necessary to fully commit and progress the project.

Administrative Costs (£5.2K)
Please refer to Revenue & Expense Projections.

Marketing Budget £15K

8. Why we think the business will be successful
With a current host of software Applications (Apps) available to assist businesses in
many areas, there is one resource that businesses clearly need but is not readily
available and this is a simple method for them to quickly share photo and video
content as scheduled recurring promotions. In an increasingly bewildering market,
Tweet Eye provides the answer to this simple business need.

Testimonial - Adele from DerBayz Vintage
I opened my Etsy shop in November of 2013, not really knowing what I was getting
myself into. I thought I had found great treasures that would be perfect for any
collector, however, on most days I received 100 visits and sales were far and few
apart. On May 1, 2014, I came across Tweet Eye and decided to give it a try. You
don’t know how excited I felt the next morning when I woke up and saw that at 5:30
am, I already had 531 visitors to the site. This number just kept climbing all day.
Within a week, I went from a shop with hundreds of visitors a day to a shop with
thousands of visitors per day and then my sales started increased. I feel that my
business is finally on the right road and I contribute that to Tweet Eye! Thank you.
After seeing the results from Tweet Eye, I had to share it with my fellow shop owners
on Etsy. If you don’t know Etsy is a worldwide marketplace of small business owners
who produce and sell unique goods. There are millions of small shop owners that I
felt could benefit from the results that I found with Tweet Eye, so I picked one of my
35 teams and shared my findings. This team currently has 2,628 members. I made
an offer to my teammates, give me 5 listings from your shop, I will put them into my
Tweet Eye server so you can see the results for yourself. I had 37 shops take me up
on my offer and here are of the comments I got after just one day on tweet eye:

11
There are so many more comments like this, every person I put into the system had
the same reaction and even more have downloaded it now. Tweet eye is a huge help
to small business owners who don’t have the marketing budget of large companies.

I admit it: I'm a Twitter phobic. A social media dinosaur. Probably even a fossil. I can
do with all the help I can get to put my shop and my products out there, so a friend of
mine took pity and she helped me set up a Twitter account and introduced me to
Tweet Eye. The views more than doubled overnight, and that's just with a few items
tweeting away regularly, to which I will add more shortly. Tweet Eye does the job for
me and I don't have to worry about anything. If you are a Twitter pro, this will be like
a walk in the park for you and you'll probably wonder how you lived without it for so
long. If you are a complete Twitter newbie like me, it's the perfect solution to get you
tweeting without the hassle. Thank you!

9. Why invest in Tweet Eye?
It’s simple, effective and works! We believe that this intuitive, simple and easy to use
application targeted at the right price to busy business owners will be highly attractive
to them. It is also an opportunity for you as discerning investors to part of a British
owned Tech business.
10. Competitors
BufferApp; Froo; SocialBeacon; Hootsuite; TwitPic; Twitterfeed. Although each of
these online service providers to some degree or another may provide some aspect of
our software and service, none of them offer the service in the way we intend to
provide it. We feel that our simple approach to helping businesses and consumers to
automate the scheduling of marketing tweets with picture posts to Twitter and other
unique marketing methods (that we cannot disclose at this time) will have a much
broader appeal. Unlike our competitors we also consider our brand name is clearly
associated to represent what we actual do, sharing visual media on Twitter.
11. Weaknesses
Our biggest commercial threats are
1) Any social media services that deliver effective RSS feeds to Twitter that could
potentially replicate what we do.
2) Any social media services for Twitter that schedule Tweets could take our novel
slant of finding photos from various sources and inserting into Tweet schedules.
3) Any social media services that allow users to link to single or multiple market
places such as eBay, Amazon and Etsy to Twitter using the Tweet Eye concept.
To address and combat any potential weaknesses to the success of the overall
project requires the appitude of forward thinking. We believe that by keeping our core
products simple and prominent and by offering an overall superior product that
includes unique features that appeal, we will not only attract new customers but churn
customers currently using other platforms. Also refer to ‘Risk Factors’ items 14a and
14d.

As the business grows and profits increase, employment opportunities will arise. However, In the initial stages of
development, the director & founding members will draw modest incomes to supplement time spent as they oversee
and manage the development stages. Future growth will require the employment of personnel in roles such as
Customer Service, Telesales, Web & Technical Support, Data & Consumer Analysts, Marketing Professionals,
Administrative Support and Leadership Managers.

Christopher Collins – Founding Geek
Behind every successful business and colourful website
is the ‘techi’ who does the ‘geeky’ stuff by analysing all
that boring grey data that unlocks the mysteries of a
business. Chris is that individual. More comfortable with a
computer and spreadsheet, he is a self-professed geek
who does not like to miss a trick on where there is
monetization potential and opportunities to reduce
expenditure. He will analyse the data of the business to the
finest degree to make better profits for investors!
He has extensive experience analysing commission data
in the telecoms industry and has studied affiliate marketing
over many years. He understands the link between data
analysis and monetizing the opportunities across large
networks of users.
To do battle in the boardroom for investors in Tweet
Eye and to assist Chris with a strategy for start up funding
Chris chose to disclose some of the original concepts to
Attorney Joseph LaRocco a strategist and dealmaker and
also to his long term colleague and friend John Turner.
John Turner – Founding Visionary
John is an entrepreneur and businessman. When Chris
demonstrated the concept of earning substantial revenues
from affiliate marketing through an automated system it
inspired John and triggered fresh ideas that would fuel and
evolve the original ideas and concepts of Tweet Eye.
This introduction was the beginning of a greater vision
that would combine automated affiliate marketing
techniques to help eBay sellers promote themselves in an
effective and profitable way. The new thinking changed
the income potential from a modest revenue and
transformed it into an opportunity with million pound
potential!

John has a talent for quickly applying his business
knowledge and getting ideas off the ground and working.
John’s previous experience includes co-founding and
building a successful retail mobile phone company from the
ground up and turning it into multi-million pound business
employing over a hundred staff. Currently the owner of a
recruitment company, John has seen and experienced the
crest of success and everything else a recession can throw

Joseph LaRocco – Attorney and Strategist
Based in Connecticut USA, Joseph keeps us fresh of the

PR and Legal Questions

Chris contacted Joseph for assistance while researching
opportunities to reach out to venture capitalists. Joseph
seeing the energy, drive, commitment and determination of
Chris to get Tweet Eye noticed, provides legal advice and
support as needed. Joseph with his entrepreneurial spirit
also gives encouragement and brainstorming to the
progression of ideas.
It was initially Joseph’s idea of a subscription based
revenue model for Tweet Eye that facilitated Chris and John
to see a clear way forward to making an exceedingly
profitable software application that would attract investors
to fund Tweet Eye and to take it to new levels.
Joseph assists companies looking to expand their sales,
growth and distribution business model by providing
various legal services including due diligence, strategic
planning, risk analysis, review and drafting of various
contracts, SWOT analysis, as well as identification and

14. Risk Factors
An investment in any company, including ours involves a degree of risk. You should
consider the following “Risk Factors” before deciding to invest in Tweet Eye.
a)
Competition
The software and Internet related services market is competitive and therefore
Tweet Eye will undoubtedly face some competition. To compete within a competitive
online market we will need to continue to be focused on the following primary factors
to maintain our presence and anticipated profits:
 Pricing
 Quality and breadth of products and services
 Unique software features & add ons
 Ease of use
 Customer support and service
 Brand awareness
Features Comparison Table
18
Note 2:
Although we use RSS technology, we do not provide a general RSS feed to Twitter service - it is something we may
consider later but don't want to appear identical to other RSS services at this time. We aim to keep core services
simple. Our core service is to extract photos for Tweets from a user’s own website or any website they search, and to
create even easier photo Tweeting opportunities for our strategic affiliate relationships.
Note 3:
We consider a sale to eBay as part of our exit strategy, so although we allow our users to choose where they get
content from, currently we are not providing any bespoke interface designs for competitors of eBay.
Note 4:
We consider a sale to Twitter as part of our exit strategy, we are currently not providing any bespoke facilities for
competitors of Twitter. Our unique selling point is our unrivalled suitability for Twitter.
19
b)
Twitter and eBay Rules and Guidelines
Tweet Eye is an eBay Developers Software Application that has passed an eBay
compatibility check. It also relies on the Twitter API. As such, Tweet Eye is subject to
changes that could be made by eBay and/or Twitter that could be detrimental to the
operational effectiveness of Tweet Eye. Adverse changes could determine whether or
not Tweet Eye can generate significant revenues to maintain and reach profitability, or
indeed continue to operate in this sector.
c)
Government Regulations
In general, the Internet has a set of existing laws governing issues such as
property ownership, copyrights and other intellectual property issues, taxation, libel,
obscenity and personal privacy. We cannot rule out that future developments in the
law could have a material adverse effect on our business, prospects, financial
condition and operation.
d)
Rapid Technological Changes
The markets in which we operate are characterized by rapid technological
change, frequent new software introductions and evolving industry standards. Our
ability to respond to such changes in a cost-effective way may influence our business,
financial condition and operating results. Our success can be maintained by quickly
adapting to rapidly changing markets, by continually improving the responsiveness of
our software and by developing new features to meet the needs of our customers.
e)
We Have A Limited Operating History Upon Which You May Evaluate Us
We have a limited operating history upon which you may evaluate our business
and prospects. Because we are in the early stages of our development, our business
and prospects must be considered in light of this risk. However, it goes without saying
that getting in early with a growing company can reap dividends. For example,
imagine investing in the early stages of Facebook of Google!
f)
Our Success Is Dependent On The Demand And Benefit Of Our Software
We believe that our success will depend on the demand and benefit of our
software. The more success a user experiences the greater the chance we will have to
attract large numbers of users.
g)
Forward-Looking Statements
The matters described herein contained forward-looking statements such as
"expect," "believe," "should," "intend," "may," "will" that involve risks and
uncertainties. The success of our marketing and advertising efforts, competition,
operating expenses, operating efficiencies, revenues, capital requirements and our
cash position are not guarantees of future performance and are subject to risks,
uncertainties and assumptions that are difficult to predict. Therefore, our actual
results could differ materially and adversely from those expressed in any forwardlooking statements as a result of various factors.
20
15. Exit Strategy
What will the future hold? No one can predict how an online business will grow and
develop but there have been some outstanding surprises for entrepreneurs who dared
to believe in their product. Facebook, Google, MySpace, Pinterest are but a few that
have excelled the founders wildest dreams. The internet is fluid, it never stands still,
so there is plenty of opportunity to take a foothold and to make a name for oneself.
Consider Social Beacon for example, it has emerged from relative obscurity and is
now in popular demand; Why not Tweet Eye?
With our innovative ways to marketing photos with tweets and creating new and
powerful marketing methods to assist businesses we know that Tweet Eye will earn its
place in the social marketing revolution.
Acquisitions by eBay & Acquisitions by Twitter
There is a long history of well established online giants such eBay and Twitter buying
up companies that can add real value to their portfolios. Acquisitions ranging from 1
million dollars to 2.6 billion dollars have already happened.8
When Tweet Eye produces and delivers on everything it set out to achieve, would it
not be logical to seize the opportunity and consider a purchase offer within the
financial range noted above?
16. CONCLUSION
