Erasmus Timeline!
Some important dates to remember…
Mid-October –
Information session in Common Room (look out for exact time/date on
the Erasmus Notice Board!)
Mid-December -
Deadline for handing in application form, essay explaining why you want
this place and exam transcript
End of February -
Find out if you have a place – you will get an email from the
Erasmus ccordinator, Dr. Ulrich Pallua!
Mid-March -
Meet to fill in Erasmus form – organise yourself which courses you can
take, how many credits they are worth…
End of April -
Deadline for handing in the Erasmus form to the International Office (for
winter term exchange)
June -
Have you organised accommodation? Does your University have an
obligatory ‘Orientation Week’? Have you booked a flight? YOU are
responsible for this, it is part if the exchange experience!
Mid-October -
Deadline for handing in the Erasmus form to the International Office (for
summer term exchange)
