paper or teaching outline (whichever you choose for part two). Please only submit one document to avoid
confusion on my part and remember to rename this file before uploading it.
In entering my name below, I verify that I typed out my sexual autobiography. This
autobiography started with how my family of origin handled sexual issues and went
through early memories, early experiences and continued through my sexual history until
the present day. I explored not only the events and behaviors, but my thoughts and
emotional reactions.
