On Special Regime of Investment Activity on the Priority
Development Territories in Luhansk Oblast

This Law determines the procedure for establishment and
functioning of special regime of investment activity in priority
development territories in Luhansk oblast.
According to this law special regime of investment activity shall
be established to implement in priority development territories of
Luhansk oblast investment projects in priority industries. The
special regime shall be in force during 30 years. Priority
development territories are determined in Article 3 of the Law.
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine shall determine the list of
priority industries.
During implementation of investment projects business entities
shall enjoy privileges envisaged in Article 9 of the Law. The
state guarantees stability of special regime of investment
activity for entire period of its establishment.
Management bodies of priority development territories are:
Committee on Issues of Priority Development Territories;
Bodies of local self-government.
