Some of the primary problems with surface car parks include potholes, fading lines and broken
signs, all which require repairs and frequent maintenance. However instead of allowing surface
car parks to fall into a state of repair, to the point where a contractor needs to be called, a number
of parking management companies have made the decision to institute their own individual
repair schemes, as part of the FM, or facilities maintenance services.
