Prompt 1 (freshmen applicants): The World You Come From
Describe the world you come from—for example, your family, community, or school—and tell
us how your world has shaped your dreams.
Prompt 2 (ALL applicants): Personal Quality, Talent, Accomplishment or Experience
Tell us about a personal quality, talent, accomplishment, contribution, or experience that is
important to you. What about this quality or accomplishment makes you proud and how does
it relate to the person you are?
Edit and Revise: After reading your rough draft, place a check mark in the RD column next to each item
that you have completed. If you have not completed an item, you know that you need to work on including
