Description
Purpose:
 Regulate pump supply with accumulators.
 Control pressure to four separate system branches.
Connects To:
 4 x Actuators – Pressure, Return, Drain Hoses
 Flextest GT – 4 x Control Cable/Box
Special Information:
 Each channel has low and high-pressure solenoids.
 Activating the high-pressure solenoid turns on the safety light.
 Turning the last active HSM channel turns off the pump. (First on/Last off
configuration)
Safety Precautions:
 Activating the HSM provides pressure to the actuators. Actuators do not have
their own shutoff. If the servovalve is not ready for hydraulic pressure, the
actuators will move uncontrollably. Be certain that everything downstream of the
HSM is being controlled before applying system pressure. Be certain that
everyone and everything is out of the way of the actuators before turning on the
HSM channel
