that any documentation, information and any other details concerning or relating to any employee or staff
member affected by this tendering process that may or will transfer to us, will be kept confidential and will
not be divulged or allowed to be divulged to any third party. Further, any such documentation,
information or detail as referred to above will be used solely for the purposes of this tendering process
and not for any other purpose. Additionally, we agree that in the event that we are not awarded the
contract any such documentation, information or details as referred to above will be forthwith destroyed
or returned to East Riding of Yorkshire Council. We agree to remain bound by this undertaking until
such time as we receive express written confirmation from East Riding of Yorkshire Council that this
obligation may be removed.
