Turned around the operational scores of a company location through analysis of
evaluation results and implementation of new standard operating procedures to boost
efficiencies. Succeeded in improving operational scores 35% within an 18-month
period.

Enhanced communication between management and subordinates by developing a
tailored presentation on communication techniques and methodologies for management
personnel. Provided real-life scenarios on how to successfully convey information on
company policies and work expectations.

Enhanced customer satisfaction through creation of visual incentives, handouts and a
contest regarding improvement of order accuracy. The success of this campaign was
adopted for use by the East Division.


profits of their location. Taught a P&L class with new incentives to move profits above

Turned around a company location that was out-of-date and suffering from poor
performance. Made operational changes in workflow and techniques while motivating
managerial staff to successfully move this location to the top 2% in the nation taking into
account personnel, turnover, staffing, and training goals.

Researched best practices and then created a plan to hire an additional 4 managers per
34 company locations in preparation for movement towards a 24-hour operation.
Developed a hiring and training strategy that brought in the needed managers and
reduced hourly turnover from 119% to below 65%.

Increased corporate and individual Franchisee revenue through review of their operating
stance and recommendations on how to improve their productivity and quality of
product. Despite the fact that some suggestions required an additional financial
investment, all complied and improved operational scores and profitability.

Took on the responsibility to rollout the new McCafe line at all company locations.
Organized and orchestrated equipment ordering, logistics, installation, and product
training with sufficient time to beat our sales targets starting on the 1st full week of
product launch.

Improved productivity and morale through creation of a comprehensive training program
on how to conduct On-the-Job Performance Evaluations.
Developed curricula,
handouts, and delivered lecture, small group and one-on-one instruction on how to
conduct this type of evaluation in an unbiased way.
