Purpose
The Primary purpose of The England Student team is to identify and assist the

with inclusion of all players, coaches, administrators and medical staff who

The England Students team identifies and recognises the quality of student
rugby. It provides an alternative pathway for rugby development for those
individuals who value the pursuit of higher education and/or develop later as
rugby players.
Development comprises training and playing performance, enhancing leadership,
self –management, communication skills, cultural, and team skills, both on and
off the field. All of this in a professionally structured international team
environment
England Students endeavours to assist player progression to the professional
