Initiated and monitored contract between the State Department of Mental Health and Paradise Unified
School district for a Primary Mental Health Prevention Project (1984-1985) in the amount of $30,000
annually as on of 10 pilot projects for the Primary Intervention Project (P.I.P.) in the state.

Grant Writing Team Member for Homeless Emergency Runaway Effort (H.E.R.E. Project) between
Butte County Department of Behavioral Health and the Federal Department of Health and Human
Services in 1983.

Developed and monitored contract between Butte County Department of Behavioral Health and The
Children's Home Society for Youth Treatment Services (outpatient and residential services) 1981-1983
in the amount of $200,000 annually.
